She is also closely involved in family law, where she combines legal expertise with sensitivity to delicate personal situations. Thanks to her broad, general legal experience, she is able to view individual cases in a wider context and with the necessary perspective.

Over the course of her career, she has been involved in a number of complex and demanding projects, including the acquisition of an office complex valued at EUR 42 million and the legal support of the development and distribution of a virtual reality headset — a unique project combining technology, business, and law.

Jana views the law as a tool that only truly matters when it serves real people and addresses real-life situations. She enjoys Interdisciplinary overlap and collaboration with experts from other fields — including tax advisers, accountants, notaries, and IT specialists.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. In her free time, she enjoys finding moments for playing the piano, opera, or theatre, which provide her with both inspiration and a sense of inner balance.

For many years, she was actively involved in scouting, an experience that helped shape the values she naturally brings into her legal practice — in particular diligence, responsibility, and respect for the needs of others.
